AuditLok XLV Lock Configuration Programming

Delay/Access/Alarm Time

Delay is the wait time after logging in to open a door until you may log in a second time and actually open a door (only log in once if the delay is set to zero). If a delay is used, the access time is the time after the delay ends that you may immediately open a door. Alarm time is the time a door may remain open before an audible alarm sounds.
1. Log into PGRM.
2. Select “DEVICES.”
3. Select the name of the safe to configure.
4. Select “LOCK.”
5. Select the name of the lock to configure (if there is more than one lock).
6. Select “SET LOCK.”
7. Select “DELAY.”
8. Select the function to edit (delay, access, or alarm) and enter a new value. Note that a delay of zero disables the delay. Press ENTER when done.
9. Press “ESC” to return to the idle screen.

Timelock

Timelocks prevent unauthorized access during the specified hours. Where electronic armor car keys are used compartments with large cash values are typically set to 24 hour timelock. Otherwise, high value compartments are typically set to timelock in all but banking hours.
1. Log into PGRM.
2. Select “DEVICES.”
3. Select the name of the safe to configure.
4. Select “LOCK.”
5. Select the name of the lock to configure (if there is more than one lock).
6. Select “SET LOCK.”
7. Select “TIMELOCK.”
8. Select day of the week to set (cycle to ALL to force all days to the same value). Select the first timelock window and enter the UNL and LCK times. The door may only be opened between the UNL and LCK times. If both are set to 00:00 the timelock is not applied. If both are set to the same non-00:00 time the lock is in 24-hour timelock. The second timelock should only be set if more than one timelock window is used. Press ENTER when done.
9. Press “ESC” to return to the idle screen.

Behind

This parameter is set at the factory and should not be edited in the field unless lock electronic are replaced. This parameter should only be set on units with more than one door. Outer doors must be set to “NONE” while inner doors must be set behind the proper outer door.
1. Log into PGRM.
2. Select “DEVICES.”
3. Select the name of the safe to configure.
4. Select “LOCK.”
5. Select the name of the lock to configure.
6. Select “BEHIND.”
7. If you are configuring an inner door, select the name of the outer door lock in front of the inner door. If you are configuring an outer door lock, select “NONE.”
8. Press “ESC” to return to the idle screen.

Dual User

When the Dual User feature is enabled, a second user must log in to verify the first user. This added security is typically only used in very high security applications.
1. Log into PGRM.
2. Select “DEVICES.”
3. Select the name of the safe to configure.
4. Select “LOCK.”
5. Select the name of the lock to configure (if there is more than one lock).
6. Select “SET LOCK.”
7. Select “DUAL.”
8. To enable the dual user requirement select YES (star * indicates selection). Press ENTER when done.
9. Press “ESC” to return to the idle screen.

Door Group

Locks are normally assigned to Group 00 to allow anyone with door permission to open the door. To restrict access to a door set its group to a different number and adjust enrolled user’s group assignments to control who may access the door.
1. Log into PGRM.
2. Select “DEVICES.”
3. Select the name of the safe to configure.
4. Select “LOCK.”
5. Select the name of the lock to configure (if there is more than one lock).
6. Select “SET LOCK.”
7. Select “GROUP.”
8. Enter the Group number (00 to 31). Press ENTER when done.
9. Press “ESC” to return to the idle screen.

Fire Time

Fire time is the time, once the screen says OPEN DOOR NOW, that you have available to get from the display to the safe and turn its remote fire switch. Once the remote fire switch is turned (or pushed) the lock is energized for seven seconds. Fire Time is not applicable to units which are not equipped with fire switches.
1. Log into PGRM.
2. Select “DEVICES.”
3. Select the name of the safe to configure.
4. Select “LOCK.”
5. Select the name of the lock to configure (if there is more than one lock).
6. Select “SET LOCK.”
7. Select “FIRE TIME.”
8. Enter the Fire Time (minutes).
Units with a remote fire switch must have a fire time of 1 minute or more. Fire Time is only required for units with a fire switch. Press ENTER when done.
9. Press “ESC” to return to the idle screen.
