AuditLok XL 2008 - Audit Report

Print Audit

A serial journal printer must be connected to the safe. Printer, cable and adapter are available from NKL.
Manager or Administrator:
1. Log In.
2. Select "SUPERVISORY".
3. Select "AUDIT".
4. Select report period dates.
5. Select "KEYS" to pick users.
6. Select "ALL" or choose one user from the list (scroll as needed).
7. Select "DONE".
8. Select "PRINT" to print the audit.

Display Audit

Manager or Administrator:
1. Log In.
2. Select "SUPERVISORY".
3. Select "AUDIT".
4. Select report period dates.
5. Select "KEYS" to pick users.
6. Select "ALL" or choose one user from the list (scroll as needed).
7. Select "DONE".
8. Select "DISPLAY" to view the audit on screen. The most recent entry will appear first.
9. Scroll left/right to move through the audit history one entry at a time.
