OLD AuditLok XL - Printing the AuditPrinterThe required printer is Okidata 184 Turbo Serial Printer, Model GE5256K. Setup:1. Main Board 8-Segment DIP Switch: 1, 5, & 7 On, all others off. 2. SW1 8-Segment DIP Switch: 4 Off, all others on. 3. SW2 8-Segment DIP Switch: 1 and 4 Off, all others on. CablesStandard DB9-DB9 RS232 cable is required.Standard DB9F/DB25F adapter (Radio Shack #26-265A) is required. Print Report1. Printing may be initiated using a key level 4 or higher.2. Present Key. 3. Enter PIN. 4. Select SUPERVISORY. 5. Select AUDIT. 6. Choose start and end dates, choose all keys or a specific key to audit; then select DONE. 7. Select PRINT. 8. Select YES. The audit will begin to print upon completion of printer data handshake.  |
