Vindicator - Error Messages

ONLINE CONFIGURING

1. This message will normally appear when the safe has been unplugged and running on battery for an extended period.
2. Unplug the transformer and plug it back in. If it comes up check if any keys work.
3. Unplug the safe again and check the screen when the transformer is unplugged. If the screen does not go blank, reset the safe by pressing until the screen goes blank. Note: Use the small hole in the metal surface above or below the RJ-45 and not the hole in the touchpad.
4. After releasing the reset button plug the transformer back in.
5. If the problem continues replace the transformer.
6. If the problem continues replace the communications cable.
7. If the problem continues replace the inner board.

OFFLINE

1. Unplug the transformer, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
2. Check for power problems.
3. Unplug and reset the safe. Note: Use the small hole in the metal surface above or below the RJ-45 and not the hole in the touchpad. Press until the screen goes blank.
4. After releasing the reset button plug the transformer back in.
5. If the problem continues replace the transformer.
6. If the problem continues replace the communications cable.
7. If the problem continues replace the inner board.
