Combos

The TimeLok XL has two types of combinations. To the average operator they are simply inner and outer door combos. This is because to open the outer door 6 digits are used and to open the inner door an additional two digits are used. Actually, this is an eight digit combo broken into two parts. This is a Type 2 combo. A Type 1 combo is only six digits and can only be used to open the outer door. The complete Type 2 combination opens both doors and can also be used to change both combo Types. Ultimately, most safe operators never know the distinction and the difference is not relavent to operation.
