Auditor Autobank - Vending ProblemsTroubleshooting Vending ProblemsVending problems can be caused by operator error, electronic failure, mechanical failure, mis-alignment, or blockage. What follows is a very general troubleshooting procedure. When using it understand that any number of possible variations may exist.1. Check for error messages. Follow the applicable procedure. 2. Open Door 1. 3. Open the sled cover plate and check for debris, blockage, etc. 4. Push the sled to the left (open side). Cycle power. The sled should move to the home (hinge side) position after about 15 seconds. 5. Check and align the sensor board. |
