Auditor Autobank - KeypadNo Response when Buttons are Pushed1. Is screen frozen on an error message? If so, refer to appropriate section.2. Check cable connection from keypad membrane to display board. 3. Check cable connection from display board to CPU board. 4. Test (if practical) the keypad. If the keypad fails or the test procedure below is not practical to perform, replace the keypad. 5. Replace the CPU if keypad is not the problem. 6. Note: The display board is only a connection point for keypad signals and, though the possible problem, it is highly unlikely to be at fault for this problem. Replace the display board and display to CPU cable only if all above checks are performed okay. Keypad TestMeasure continuity between the following pins of P2 (flat cable from keypad to display board) while pressing the associated keypad button. Pin 1 is marked with an arrow on the connector. Buttons should measure low impedance (up to about 50 ohms) when pressed and high impedance when unpressed.
