Auditor Autobank - Vend Assembly Tube Input SensorsInput Sensor Problems1. There are no adjustments for the input sensors.2. UNLOAD the affected column. 3. LOAD the affected column again. If the load operation goes as it supposed to, check the audit trail (Report 106) for invalid loads. 4. If, during the LOAD operation, the input column sensor does not indicate when tubes are loaded, try pressing the input column sensor with a finger, pen, or similar object. If this works, check that the tubes are being loaded correctly (lid out) and, if necessary, bend the microswitch sensor arm until tubes are recorded properly. 5. If there is still no acknowledgement after performing above, replace the input column sensor for that column. 6. If the problem reappears later and there are no INVALID LOADs on the audit trail, perform a Diagnostic Report 126 and, if necessary, reset the CPU. Voltage CheckThe common side of all input sensors is 0V. When an input sensor microswitch is static, the trigger side measures 5 Vdc. The trigger side drops to 0V when the microswitch is depressed.Individual Input Sensor: Input Sensors Mounted to Back of Tube Assembly: |
