Auditor Autobank - Door SensorDoor Sensor ProblemThe message DOOR 1 CLOSE will appear when the door handle goes to the Lock position and the Door 1 sensor is depressed. When either the door sensor is released or the door handle is turned from the closed position, the message DOOR 1 OPEN will appear. Note that the message OPEN DOOR 1 is an instruction rather than a sensed condition. Operation of another door, such as Door 3, is substantially similar.1. Open the door. 2. To check the door sensor, depress the door sensor plunger and observe the message DOOR 1 CLOSE (or other door number if appropriate) on the display. If this message does not appear, replace the door sensor. 3. Release the door sensor and observe the message DOOR 1 OPEN. 4. Close the door and observe the DOOR 1 CLOSE message again. If the closure message does not appear when the door is closed, it may be necessary to adjust the position of the door sensor so that it properly registers the door closing.  |
