Auditor Autobank - Operation

Vend Tubes

1. Turn ON/STANDBY key switch to ON.
2. Press VEND.
3. Enter a valid USER NUMBER and press ENTER. (Versions older than 2.2 do not use USER NUMBERS).
4. Enter a valid PIN number for the specified USER NUMBER and press ENTER.
5. Enter the desired column number and press ENTER.
6. Collect the money from the ejected tube and take receipt from printer.
7. After the vend delay any authorized user may vend again. The default vend delay is 2 minutes.

Load Tubes

Note: Software 5.0 allows up to 13 tubes while Software 5.5 allows only a maximum of 10 tubes.
1. Turn ON/STANDBY key switch to ON.
2. Press LOAD.
3. Enter a valid USER NUMBER and press ENTER. (Versions older than 2.5 do not use USER NUMBERS).
4. Enter a valid PIN number for the specified USER NUMBER and press ENTER.
5. When prompted to LOAD TUBES, begin inserting tubes. Ensure tube caps are on securely and that tube caps are facing out.
6. When done loading tubes press ESC to exit and print report. One full minute of inactivity will also end the load operation and the report will print automatically.
7. If a tube is loaded (or if anything depresses an input sensor) at any time outside this procedure the safe will record an INVALID LOAD. Software 4.0 or older will record invalid loads and add to the totals on the Cash Report 105, but will not count the tubes as loaded on normal X and Z reports. On Software 5.0 or later, invalid loads do not show up on any reports, except the Audit Trail Report 106, until the column is unloaded. Invalid loads are charged against columns when they are unloaded.

Unload Tubes

1. Turn ON/STANDBY key switch to ON.
2. Press UNLOAD.
3. Enter a valid USER NUMBER and press ENTER. (Versions older than 2.2 do not use USER NUMBERS).
4. Enter a valid PIN number for the specified USER NUMBER and press ENTER.
5. Wait for UNLOAD DELAY to complete countdown. Check the UNLOAD DELAY time remaining by using the DISPLAY key. There is no audible alert that the UNLOAD DELAY is complete. The default UNLOAD DELAY time is 5 minutes.
6. Log in again (repeat Steps 2 and 3).
7. To unload a single column, select the column number and press ENTER. To unload all columns press UNLOAD instead.
8. Retrieve tubes as they are dispensed.
