Auditor Autobank - OperationUser Enrolls User1. Press PROGRAM.2. Enter a valid USER NUMBER and press ENTER. (Versions older than 2.2 do not use USER NUMBERS). The user must have Enroll permission. 3. Enter a valid PIN number for the specified USER NUMBER and press ENTER. 4. When prompted CONFIG0/ENROLL1, press 1 to enroll. 5. Enter the USER NUMBER you wish to enroll and press ENTER. 6. Enter the PIN NUMBER you wish to assign to this user number and press ENTER. Note: Entering 0000 as the PIN NUMBER will delete the user. 7. When the next USER NUMBER entry prompt appears you may repeat steps 5 and 6 if you wish, or press ESC to exit when done. Programmer Enrolls User1. Press PROGRAM.2. Enter USER NUMBER 1 or 2 and press ENTER. (Versions older than 2.2 do not use USER NUMBERS). Note that User 2 cannot enroll User 1. User 1 can enroll any user number, including both programmers. 3. Enter the six digit PIN number for the specified USER NUMBER and press ENTER. 4. When prompted CONFIG0/ENROLL1, press 1 to enroll. 5. Enter the USER NUMBER you wish to enroll and press ENTER. 6. Enter the PIN NUMBER you wish to assign to this user number and press ENTER. Note: Entering 0000 as the PIN NUMBER will delete the user. 7. You will next be prompted to answer YES (1) or NO (0) to several authorizations. The default authorizations are shown. Make changes as needed and press ENTER to cycle forward to the following authorizations. 8. When the next USER NUMBER entry prompt appears you may repeat steps 5 to 7 if you wish, or press ESC to exit when done. Override to Enroll User - Version 2.2 and Above1. Press PROGRAM.2. Enter USER NUMBER 0 and press ENTER. 3. Obtain the 10-digit code from the display. This code is used by the factory to generate the override. 4. Enter the 10-digit override code obtained from the Factory (in response to Step 3) and press ENTER. 5. When prompted to CONFIG0/ENROLL1, press 1 to enroll. 6. Select a user number to enroll and press ENTER. 7. Enter a PIN number and press ENTER. Note: A PIN of 0000 deletes the user. 8. You will be prompted to enable (YES = 1) or disable (NO = 0) each DOOR access, UNLOAD, VEND, DROP, LOAD, REPORTS and ENROLL permissions. Select 1 or 0 as desired and press ENTER to move to the next function until all functions are complete and you are prompted to enter a PIN for the next user number. 9. When prompted to enter a PIN for the next user number, either repeat Steps 7 and 8 to enroll another user or press ESC to exit. Note that if you quit before moving to the next user number, the user you are enrolling will not be enrolled. 10. Turn safe off and back on to clear override and continue operation. Override to Enroll User - Version 1.95 and Lower1. Turn power off.2. Hold down the PROGRAM and the number 3 on the keypad while turning power on. Keep holding these two buttons until a 10-digit number appears on the display. 3. Release the buttons when the 10-digit number appears on the screen. If more than 10 digits appear, repeat Steps 1 and 2. The factory will use this number to generate an override code. 4. Obtain and enter the factory generated 10-digit override code, then press ENTER 5. When prompted to CONFIG0/ENROLL1, press 1 to enroll. 6. Select a user number to enroll and press ENTER. 7. Enter a PIN number and press ENTER. Note: A PIN of 0000 deletes the user. 8. You will be prompted to enable (YES = 1) or disable (NO = 0) each DOOR access, UNLOAD, VEND, DROP, LOAD, REPORTS and ENROLL permissions. Select 1 or 0 as desired and press ENTER to move to the next function until all functions are complete and you are prompted to enter a PIN for the next user number. 9.
