Auditor Autobank - CPU Versions

Version 1.82

This was the original software used in the oldest of AB2000 units. This software is no longer available. If an upgrade is required either upgrade to the latest version or, if Rowe validators are still in use, it may be upgraded to V1.95. Except for overrides, the features of this software is substantially similar to V1.95. When using the DISPLAY (or TIMER DISPLAY) button the version number will not display. Instead, the message "ALLIED GARY AB2000" will appear on the screen. This software was never used on any models other than the AB2000.

Version 1.95

This is a very widely used software version. It is the only version (currently) that can be put into safes with Rowe validators (unless validators are disabled). This version does not ask for USER NUMBERs to be entered when operating. This version was only used on AB2000s.

Version 2.2

This was the first version of software used with Mars validators. It may be found in any older model with the Auditor package, though it was a short-lived version. This was the first version to require the operator to input a USER NUMBER when logging into any function. This version changed the method of performing overrides.

Version 2.3

This version fixed minor bugs in V2.2.

Version 2.5

It is the first version to allow Reset 97 and Reset 98 in addition to Reset 99 available in previous versions.

Version 3.5

This version fixed more bugs and was in use for several months.

Version 4.0

This version provided minor improvements and corrections.

Version 5.0

This version changed the door procedure so that operators must log in twice when using the door key. Default user permissions for CSRs is limited to drops and buying change only. This version added ability to run Sled Tests 90 and 91. Modified versions are available for Depositrak and FS Series safes. This software limits the maximum tubes per column to 13 (allows for long door safes). This software also allows setting of vend permission by column.

Version 5.5

This version added vend permission to the default for CSRs. This version greatly enhanced the sled test functions. This version limited maximum tubes per column to 10. If replacing a CPU in a LD (long door) version safe, software 5.0 must be used. Modified versions are available for Depositrac and FS Series safes.
