Auditor Autobank - CPU ResetDetermine VersionVerify the Software Version to Determine Procedure.1. To do this either turn power off and back on and observe display, or press DISPLAY several times in quick succession until AUDITOR V[x] is displayed. 2. If power cycling to determine version, the safe should display ROM STARTUP and CHECKING FLASH CODE, then display will say AUDITOR V[x]. 3. Either way, the value of "x" determines which of the following procedures to use. 4. If the safe says something different, such as simply ALLIED GARY or similar instead of AUDITOR V[x], use the IQ procedure. WARNING: NEVER perform 99 Resets on Software 2.5 or higher unless the configuration data is corrupted or a new CPU board is being installed. Prepare to ResetBefore performing a reset of any type:1. Run reports 107, 108, 110, and 111. 2. The audit trail 106 report should also be run for the past 48 hours. 3. Because the safe will register as empty after the reset, either unload the safe before resetting or after the reset it will be necessary to "load" the safe using the loading tubes procedure by pressing input sensors for loaded tubes rather than actually loading tubes. Reset Version 2.2 and Above via Programmer CodeSoftware V2.5 and higher offers three types of resets. Reset 97 resets the financial memory only. The "97 Reset" should be used unless configuration and/or PIN data must be reset for some reason. Reset 98 resets the financials and configuration to defaults. Reset 99 resets financials, configuration, and PINs to defaults. Software V2.2 and V2.3 only allow reset option 99.1. Press PROGRAM. 2. Enter USER 1 and press ENTER. 3. Enter the 6-digit programming PIN and press ENTER. 4. When prompted to CONFIG0/ENROLL1, press 0 to configure. 5. Enter the Reset OPTION 97* (98 or 99 Resets should only be performed when authorized by the factory) and press ENTER. 6. When prompted cycle power off and back on. 7. Program and enroll users as needed. Reset Version 2.2 and Above via OverrideSoftware V2.5 and higher offers three types of resets. Reset 97 resets the financial memory only. Obtain the 10-digit code from the display. This code is used by the factory to generate the override. 4. Enter the 10-digit override code obtained from the Factory (in response to Step 3) and press ENTER. 5. When prompted to CONFIG1/ENROLL0, press 0 to configure. 6. When prompted for CONFIG OPTION, enter the reset number (usually 97) press ENTER. 7. When prompted turn power off and back on. 8. Re-program and re-enroll users as needed. Reset Version 1.95 or Lower1. Turn power off.2. Hold down the PROGRAM and the number 1 on the keypad while turning power on. Keep holding these two buttons until a 10-digit number appears on the display. 3. Release the buttons when the 10-digit number appears on the screen. If more than 10 digits appear, repeat Steps 1 and 2. The factory will use this number to generate an override code. 4. Obtain and enter the factory generated 10-digit override code, then press ENTER. 5. When prompted to RESET YES1/NO0, press 1 to reset. The safe will beep and flash for several seconds while reset is in progress. 6. When prompted turn power off and back on. 7. After the power up sequence is complete, the safe will require you to RUN 111 REPORT. Before this can be done, you must enroll a manager. 8. Run 111 Report. 9. Re-program and re-enroll other users. |
